TERMS & CONDITIONS

General info

• Check-in: between 16.00 - 19.00 pm
• Check-out: not later than 9.00 am
• Costs includes: water, gas for cooking and hot water, electricity, basic linen: pillow and mattress covers, blankets, kitchen towels
• Cost excludes: heating, cleaning of the apartment during your stay, final cleaning (compulsory) of the house, bed sheets&towels
• Bed sheets&Towels can be rented for 12€ (sheets for 1 bed, towels for 1/2 persons), 15€ (sheets for 2 beds, towels for 2 people), 20€ (sheets for 2 beds, towels for 3/4 people)
• Heating is available for out of main season times, and it is charged according to consumption. Cost of firewood: 15€/qt
• The cost of the final cleaning of the house is of 10€ per person and per change with a minimum of 30€. In case of pets, we will charge 10€ extra for the cleaning.
• Caution deposit: 200€ to be paid at your arrival, which will be refunded in case of no serious damage to the house and its equipment
• Pets are welcome, we charge 10€ extra for the final cleaning
• La Bedina can only accommodate 2 to 4 people. There is only a sleeping room (bed size: 140x200) and a sleeping sofa in the living room (bed size: 180x200 cm).
• You will need a car. From the parking site to the house there is a 150m walk. The house is not easily accessible to people with mobility problems

PS: we decided to present weekly rental costs without the costs of the final cleaning and bed sheets/towels. For the linen, guests are free to bring their own from home (many prefer this way, giving the possibility to save some euros). For the final cleaning, if it is included in the weekly rent, in case of a 2/3 week booking, the final cleaning is paid more then 1 time. we think this is not correct.

Reservation and Payment Conditions

• To secure your reservation 30% of the rental costs must be paid at the time of the reservation by a bank money transfer, or online via PayPal. Bank commissions (only for non European countries) and PayPal commissions (3.4%+0.35cent/€) are to be paid by the tenant. In case of a booking of more then 2 weeks, the reservation deposit is 40% of the rental costs
• We do not accept cheques for the payment of the rent, the caution and the booking deposit
• If La Bedina is available, we will put your reservation on stand for 3 working days to allow the payment of the booking deposit or for sending proof of it. If the deposit is paid by a bank money transfer, a copy of the bank receipt (via email or fax) is required.
• The remaining 70% is to be paid on your arrival by cash
• For reservations occurring 4 weeks prior to arrival, we request full payment of the rental costs in advance at the time of the booking.
• As soon as we receive the reservation deposit La Bedina will be reserved for you and you will receive your voucher/balance by e-mail. This voucher confirms the payment of the booking deposit and the reservation. Please keep it with you and show it when you check-in
• The payment of the booking deposit implies the reading and the agreement on these Terms&Conditions

Cancellation Policy

• In case of a cancellation 8 weeks prior to arrival, the reservation deposit will be refunded. In case of a cancellation after 8 weeks prior to arrival, the reservation deposit will be refunded only if we are able to let the property again, less the costs of re-advertising (if any)
